Payment and delivery Information for LARUM.com

All orders are shipped via Nova Poshta. 

Dear customers, please carefully inspect your items at the Nova Poshta branch and when receiving your order from the courier. We value each and every one of you, but we cannot guarantee a resolution to any disputes if the items were not inspected upon receipt.

Delivery to Nova Poshta Branches and Postomats

 1. Free shipping on orders totaling 3,000 UAH or more.

2. Shipping costs for orders between 1 and 2,999 UAH are calculated according to Nova Poshta’s rates.

3. Shipments are processed within 3 days, provided the goods are in stock.

4. Please note that a single order may be split into multiple packages if items are located in different warehouses. A manager will notify you of any order splitting before shipment. If your order total exceeds 3,000 UAH, we will cover the shipping cost, regardless of the number of packages.

5. You can order a single item in two sizes. Such orders are processed as separate packages. Shipping costs are paid by the customer, regardless of the order total.

6. A single customer may place no more than 4 cash-on-delivery orders at a time. If you wish to place more orders, shipping is only available with 100% prepayment on our website or to our bank account.

Packages are held at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 days, after which they are returned to the warehouse. You can extend the storage period in the Nova Poshta app

Nova Poshta Courier Delivery: Courier delivery costs are calculated based on Nova Poshta’s rates and are paid by the buyer, regardless of the order total
