The text below is an agreement between the online store, the website of which is located on the Internet at larum.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store" and the user of the Online Store's services, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", and determines the terms of purchasing goods through the online store's website.

1. General provisions

1.1. This agreement is a public offer agreement (in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine), its terms are the same for all buyers regardless of status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur).

1.2. In the event of acceptance of the terms of this agreement, i.e. the public offer of the Online Store, the user becomes the Buyer.

2. Terms and definitions

2.2. Product - a list of products published on the website of the Online Store.

2.3. Buyer - an individual who has reached the age of eighteen, receives information from the Online Store, places an order and purchases the Products presented on the website of the Online Store, for purposes not related to entrepreneurial activity, or a legal entity/individual entrepreneur.

2.5. Order - a completed and placed application of the Buyer, addressed to the Online Store, for the purchase and delivery on his behalf and on his behalf of the Products.

2.6. Site - a set of pages, access to which is carried out using a web browser, and software modules, united by a single management system, located on the Internet at larum.com and containing all the features of a public offer for the sale of Products.

2.7. Personal account – a space on the Site, which the Buyer has access to, which reflects his personal information and the history of Orders placed by him.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. This Agreement determines the procedure for interaction and the terms of providing services to the Buyer by the Online Store, based on his aspirations, desires and the ability to use services for the sale of Goods on behalf of and at the expense of the Buyer, their delivery, as well as the desire of the Online Store to provide the Buyer with information about the Goods that interest the Buyer and to sell the necessary Goods.

3.2. The Online Store provides the Buyer with services for the sale and delivery of Goods.

3.3. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement at the time of placing the Order by clicking on the “Place Order” button, which expresses the Buyer’s confirmation that he has read the text of this Agreement and agrees to its terms. Further objections from the Buyer to the provision of his consent in this way relieves the Online Store from any liability for failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement and reserves the right for the Online Store to cancel the Order unilaterally.

4. Rules for working with the Site

4.1. The Buyer may view the content of the Site, place orders, and use its other services.

4.2. Registration is required for the Buyer to access personalized information and provide additional opportunities for working with the Site.

4.3.1. The Buyer may register on the Site in the following way: register. When registering, the Buyer enters the following data:

· First name, last name

· Password

· Email address

4.4. The Buyer undertakes to provide true, accurate and complete information about himself. The Online Store is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information left by the Buyer during registration and placing the Order.

4.5. After registering on the Site, the Buyer is provided with access to the Personal Account.

4.6. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose to third parties the access parameters specified during registration. If the Buyer suspects unauthorized use of such parameters by third parties, the Buyer undertakes to immediately notify the Online Store by calling the contact center at the phone number specified on the site larum.com

4.7. The Buyer is responsible for any actions taken on the Site under his account and on his behalf.

4.8. The Online Store has the right to refuse the Buyer to use the services of the Online Store if the latter has reason to believe that the Buyer has provided inaccurate data, as well as in the event of dishonest behavior (for example, violation of the terms of this Agreement, or others).

4.9. It is prohibited to use the Site for illegal and prohibited activities. Buyers of the Online Store agree to comply with the laws of Ukraine and the norms of conduct adopted on the Internet, namely, but not limited to, posting on the Site materials of an extremist, pornographic or other nature that affect and/or limit the honor, dignity and/or business reputation of third parties and violate generally accepted standards of morality, as well as posting advertising information without the permission of the Online Store.

5. POrder processing procedure

5.1. The Buyer places an Order on the Site independently, by adding the selected Goods to the virtual basket "My orders" by clicking the "Place order" button.

5.2. All Buyers, regardless of registration, can place an Order for Goods. Orders are processed and delivered across Ukraine after payment.

5.3. Payment is made: online by bank payment card, cash payment in stores or by card, as well as after payment in the case of delivery of Goods by postal means. Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnias.

6. Payment procedure

6.1. Payment for Goods is made directly in stores, in cash or by bank card, payment online or by cash on delivery.

7. Return conditions

7.1. The online store delivers the Order to the place and time specified by the Buyer so that the latter can receive the paid Product.

7.2. If you wish to return the purchased product, you must contact the administration of the online store at larum.com, indicating the reason for the return, order number and contact details.

7.3. The return of the product is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

1) preservation of the integrity of the product and packaging

2) the product has not been used and does not have traces of use.

7.4. The return of the product is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

8. Order Delivery Procedure

8.1. Delivery is carried out from 10:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays. Days off are Sundays and official holidays. Orders placed during the day are delivered the next day.

8.2. Delivery terms:

8.2.1. Delivery across Ukraine is free of charge with a minimum order amount of UAH 1,300.00.

8.2.2. When ordering goods for an amount of UAH 1 to UAH 1,299.00. the delivery cost is UAH 50.00.

8.3. The Buyer should check with the Online Store administration about the possibility of delivery outside Ukraine.

8.4. Upon delivery of the Order, the Buyer receives the following documents from the representative of the Online Store:

a cash receipt confirming the Buyer's payment of the cost of the Goods and/or services of the Online Store.

9. Quality of the Goods and Warranty Obligations

9.1. The quality of the Goods complies with the standards, technical specifications, other technical documentation that establishes requirements for its quality or samples (standards). Compliance of the Goods with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine is confirmed in the manner and in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. The Seller guarantees that it transfers to the Buyer the Goods ordered by him of proper quality, suitable for use for the purpose for which such Goods are usually used. 9.4. The Seller ensures the proper use of the Goods purchased by the Buyer during the warranty period established by the regulatory legal acts of Ukraine. 9.5. The warranty period begins to run from the date of delivery (transfer) of the ordered Goods to the Buyer.

9.6. If the Buyer discovers defects in the Goods during the warranty period, the Buyer has the right: 9.6.1. to a proportional reduction in the price of the Goods; 9.6.2. to eliminate the defects in the Goods free of charge within a reasonable time; 9.6.3. to reimburse the costs of eliminating the defects in the Goods. 9.7. If the Buyer discovers significant defects in the Goods during the warranty period, the Buyer has the right: 9.7.1. to terminate the Public Contract and return the amount paid for the Goods; 9.7.2. to demand replacement of the Goods with the same or similar ones from among those available to the Seller. 9.8. The warranty period is extended by the period of free elimination of defects in the Goods by the Seller. The specified period is calculated from the day the Buyer handed over the Goods to the Seller for elimination of its defects.

10. Confidentiality and protection of personal data

10.1. When registering on the Site, the Buyer leaves the personal data specified in clause 4.3.1. of this agreement.

10.2. In addition to the data specified in clause 4.3.1. of this agreement, the Online Store receives from the Buyer data:

· about delivery addresses

· information about the Buyer's tastes, interests, preferences

· and other information.

10.3. By providing their personal data on the Site during registration or placing an Order, the Buyer gives their voluntary consent to the processing and use (including transfer) of their personal data without limiting the validity period of such consent in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010.

10.4. The Online Store uses the received personal data for the purposes of selling Goods and providing services specified in this Agreement, for promoting the services provided by Inonline store, including through automated processing of personal data.

10.5. The online store undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Buyer. It is not considered a violation for the Online Store to provide information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Online Store, including to fulfill obligations to the Buyer, as well as in cases where the disclosure of such information is established by the requirements of the law.

10.6. The Buyer is responsible for keeping his personal data up to date. The Online Store is not responsible for poor performance or failure to fulfill its obligations due to the irrelevance of information about the Buyer or its inaccuracy.

11. Information messages

11.1. By registering on the Site or placing an Order without registration, the Buyer gives the Online Store consent to receive information messages from the Online Store and its partners operating on the basis of an agreement with the Online Store, using the short message service (SMS) and e-mail.

11.2. At any time, the Buyer has the right to refuse to receive such mailings; for this, it is necessary to contact the support service with a request.

12. Rules for using materials posted on the Site

12.1. The Site contains materials, trademarks, brand names and other materials protected by law, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphic images, etc.

12.2. All content of the Site is protected by the legislation of Ukraine.

12.3. The Buyer does not have the right to use the materials posted on the Site, such as: to make changes, publish, transfer to third parties, participate in sales or assignments, create derivative products, etc.

13. Other conditions

13.1. This agreement is concluded on the territory of Ukraine and is subject to the civil law of Ukraine.

13.2. The invalidity of any clause or part of this agreement does not lead to the invalidity of the agreement as a whole.

13.3. All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Online Store are resolved through negotiations. In the event of failure to reach a settlement of the disputed issue, the Buyer or the Online Store may apply for resolution of the dispute to the judicial authorities in accordance with current legislation.

13.4. The online store has the right to make changes to the text of this agreement at its own discretion at any time and without prior notice to the Buyers. The current (valid) version of the agreement is always available at larum.com.
